Global Challenges & Solutions (GC&S) Framework

At The Promontory Academy, we have re-envisioned the spirit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into our own framework: Global Challenges & Solutions (GC&S).

Starting in 3rd grade, students build strong global foundations — mastering literacy, numeracy, scientific reasoning, and global awareness — while beginning to explore the real-world challenges their generation will inherit.

As students advance into middle school and beyond, GC&S becomes a deeper, more personalized journey.

Through interdisciplinary learning, systems thinking, and real-world application, students are encouraged to choose personal passion pathways — tackling issues they care about through research, innovation, leadership, and creative solutions.

At The Promontory, students don’t just study the world — they engage with it, shape it, and prepare to lead it.

Our online courses will be released as soon as possible, with the full expectation that we will roll out our complete 3rd through 9th grade curriculum plans in Fall 2025.
